This article highlights certain foods that are very difficult to identify and often go unnoticed. They are disguised and often slip below the untrained eye. These foods wreak havoc and mayhem on your insides and you probably don’t even know it yet. Time to name and shame these culprits that plague our diet and food consumption on a daily basis.

1. Foods In Tin Cans
The resin lining contains bisphenol-A, an industrial chemical that is linked to heart disease, diabetes and obesity. It’s worse for younger men who rely on diets comprised of tinned soups and chopped tomatoes.

2. Artificial Sugars
High fructose corn syrup is the most consumed carbohydrate source in the world. This is added to most of your favorite foods from baked beans to healthy cereals. Don’t fall into this sweet trap. This has been linked to diabetes and obesity through leptin, responsible for telling your brain that you are full.

3. Milk Alternatives
A “Healthier” alternative to milk gives our stomachs difficulty to digest this lactose compound. Soy milk contains phytoestrogens which increase estrogen in men.

4. Artificial Flavoring
MSG, is a common “flavour enhancer” in processed foods. This overexcites the nerve cells causing death in these exact cells. This is responsible for brain lesions, obesity and biological disarray. The body alone cannot deal with these chemicals.
